Return/Refund Policy

Send us an inquiry via email at info@lovelybrightsmile.com so our customer service team can help you as fast as possible please include your order number, your full name, shipping address and reason for return/refund.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not issue refunds or exchange after 7 days of receiving your order.

We cannot accept returns/refund on orders that have been used/opened due to hygiene reasons.
